Drawing:
– No Staff will be allowed to take part in the competition at the shops that they work at.
– If the draw takes place ,the shop manager must always be attended.
– If the manager is not available then no draw will take place for that specific shop.
– Both Name and cell phone number MUST be on the till slip otherwise it’s not valid for the draw.
– The qualifying slip amount spend must be equal or more to the competitions amount .
– One slip one entry
– If the winner is called and informed then they will only have 7 days to collect their prize.
Handing out the vouchers:
– Winners will only have a week to collect their vouchers from centre manager.
– Voucher only valid for one month
– If the winner cannot collect his prize he can send a representative but must provide the centre manager with name and contact details of the person that will collect on behalf of the winner.
– Voucher cannot be exchange for cash.
– Voucher is vat inclusive.
Sasol voucher:
– Manager will create a winners account with Sasol.
– The account holder will then have a card.
– All promotions and money will be loaded on that specific card.
– When winner wants to make use of the card a manager must be attended.
– Winner is only allowed to use the card once
